Somerset Funeral Directors – Awarded Most Promising
In 2013, one of our families informed us that they had nominated us for the “Most Promising New Funeral Director” award, hosted by The Good Funeral Awards.
To say we were honoured was an understatement. As the awards were based solely on nominations from families, we set about asking for the support of our other clients. We were overwhelmed with the support, as many of our past families helped to support the nomination with an outpouring of lovely, heartfelt words.
As a result, out of hundreds of other incredible funeral directors, we came 2nd!
Most Promising New Funeral Director 2014
In 2014, we were again nominated for the award by our families. Incredibly we walked away with the statue and title of “Most Promising New Funeral Director 2014”. Our growing business, that we have so much faith and passion for, had won yet another award!

Funeral Director Of The Year 2016
In 2016 we scooped finalist for “Funeral Director Of The Year” 2016. We also came second in both the “Low-Cost Traditional Funeral Director Of The Year” AND “Modern Funeral Director Of The Year” categories.
Our dreams and hard work have paid off. Firstly, Lel and Sarah wanted to build a funeral service that offered affordable funeral care to their local families. Secondly, no matter what money you spent, you knew you had done right by your loved ones.
With the support of our families, we are delighted to have been awarded these titles and will continue to do our best to bring the perfect funerals to every single family.
